With the Etap Plastik 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey, we have completed the survey study in which our stakeholders evaluated our performance.

With an overall average of 4.46 and 4.32 out of 5, respectively, our domestic and international stakeholders rated our product and service performance as "Excellent".

Our goal is to increase the number of respondents to our survey, provide more detailed feedback, and refine our areas of development based on this feedback.

The high level of satisfaction among our stakeholders is well worth every effort.
