We hosted the opening meeting of our interdepartmental communication workshop in Swiss Hotel, İzmir. All the department representatives attended this first meeting where we shared our knowledge and opinions on the topics and issues that needed further address for us to work more efficiently and comfortably both in general and at the department level. Along with discussions we also took down notes for further review and assessment. 

We will be evaluating and finalizing these requests step by step in the following stages. We thank everyone for their valuable participation and contributions.
