We held our “Management Review Meeting” regarding the activities of our companies within Özgörkey Holding at Key Hotel with full participation of all our executives.  

In the first session of the meeting, participants discussed previous Management Review decisions, policies, audits and inspections, customer satisfaction, danger and risk management, and legislative and regulatory amendments. They later addressed issues on cases, resource requirements, food safety, quality culture, changes in internal and external affairs. The last session in the morning covered issues on foreign suppliers’ performances, risks and opportunities, monitoring-measuring, environmental assessments, and complaints as well as training requirements and sustainability. Afternoon sessions included assessment of KPIs by the department leaders and the announcement of 2024 targets.
