In June, we met with white collar female employees of our holding companies to discuss "Empowering Women Employees," an important pillar of our sustainability efforts. Taking advantage of the lighter workload period, this time we met with our female blue collar employees at Etap Injection. We discussed the working conditions, the issues with which we are satisfied and the areas in which we have expectations for improvement. 

We noted down our observations. We thank all the participants for their valuable contributions. We will conduct the same study at Etapak as soon as possible, and then we will combine the views of all our female employees and formulate our plans.
