White collar female employees across our Holding companies gathered to discuss “Women Empowerment.” Empowering women is an important pillar of our sustainability practices with our full awareness of the fact that a society where women are empowered will also be strong on economic, social, and cultural terms. In the meeting held on 15th of June we discussed about our current work conditions, things we are satisfied with and those we expect to be improved. We noted down our opinions and assessments for further review and assessment. We thank all the participants for their contributions. We shall be having the same meeting with our blue collar female employees as soon as possible.
