Our Management Review meeting for Etap Plastik was held on February 18th with the participation of all our managers. During the meeting, company policies, internal and external audits, customer performance, hazard and risk management, and recent updates in legal regulations were comprehensively evaluated. In the subsequent sessions, case studies, resource requirements, and quality culture were discussed, alongside external supplier performance, risks and opportunities, monitoring and measurement activities, environmental aspect assessments, customer complaints, training needs, and sustainability topics. In the final part of the meeting, all department leaders evaluated their current KPI performances and shared their goals and priorities for 2026.
