As Team Özgörkey volunteers we are well aware that we need to take care of the environment, and we take every opportunity to fulfil our responsibility to do so. 

In ambition to leave a more liveable world to future generations, we do not take occasional nature walks just for fun or relaxation, but we do walk in nature to raise environmental consciousness and ensure its sustainability; that is why we do the environmental cleaning each time we are enroute in nature. In November, we walked enroute on Gürlek Valley and collected the litter thrown around, kindly reminding people to take their own litter with before leaving the valley after picnic. On a beautiful Sunday morning, as we set out for a walk together, it was really great to act as a team and unite for a common cause. We are hoping that more team members will join us in future events and we would like to take this opportunity to extend our thanks to Ahmet Parlak, Aysun Kürek, Bayram Tomruk, Burak Arzık, Çağrı Yumşak, Cansev Uzun, Demet Çağlar, Ferdi Kızık, Feyza Çalışkan, Habip Türker Şentürk, Hacı Ali Akgül, Murat Yücebaş, Nefise Kurt, Nurettin Genel, Özgü Genç, Selma Asabi, Yağmur Sena Akgül and Yelda Zoral Yücebaş for their participation.

We must always keep in mind that the World is our Home, and it is the responsibility of each one of us to Take Good Care of it. Therefore, we must act collectively to reduce the destruction of nature and human impact on the environment.
